Next Step Strategies ("we," "us") provides financial literacy education, career coaching, consulting, and speaking services in New York City. • Speaking and event inquiry details — organization, event name and type, date, time, location, audience size, topic, and any additional details you share
• Basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site, including limited records used to detect spam and repeated automated submissions

We do not run advertising systems, we do not process payments on this website, and we do not buy personal information from other companies.

Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored in readable form by us. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

Service Providers

Running this website requires a small number of providers — website hosting, the database and authentication service that stores accounts and inquiries, and the video player used on the speaking page. These providers process information on our behalf only so the site can function. We don't share your information with anyone else for their own marketing.

Cookies, Analytics, and Technical Information

We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you create an account and sign in, your browser stores the information needed to keep you signed in. Standard technical information involved in serving a website, such as request data used for security and spam prevention, may be processed by our hosting and database providers.

On the public pages of this website we use PostHog, a privacy-conscious analytics service, to understand how the site is used — for example how many pages are viewed and how often visitors click "Work With Me," start the inquiry form, submit it, or start the speaking video. This analytics data is not linked to a personal profile, and we do not send anything you type into a form — no names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages, organization or event details, or account information. Analytics is not used on account, request, or administrative pages.

Data Retention

We keep inquiries and account information for as long as needed to respond to you, manage the working relationship, and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your account or your inquiry information at any time.

Your Choices and Requests

You can ask us for a copy of the information you've submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Email us and we'll take care of it. You're never required to create an account to contact us — the Work With Me form works for guests.

Children's Privacy

This website is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this site. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll remove it. When Next Step Strategies presents financial literacy workshops to youth audiences, those arrangements are made with the school, program, or organization, not through this website.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how this website handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
